Marie and Lorraine were cell-mates, but then Marie got out. When Lorraine turns up at Marie's bedsit, the foundation of their friendship suddenly seems very fragile indeed. In prison everything was simple, but in the precarious and frightening world outside, there are no rules. It's very easy to get lost. Funny, truthful, tender and sad, This Wide Night is a study of two women with nothing but each other to hold on to.

The food area will hold a wide selection of outlets and drink plus other BBQ's around the field. An elegant cream tea will be served on the lawn down to the lake on both afternoons.

There is a need to make sure that there are enough supplies of all blood groups and blood types to treat all types of conditions.

By giving blood, every donor helps to meet the challenge of providing life-saving products whenever and wherever they are needed.

A regular supply of all blood groups and types is needed so it can be provided to the hospitals and patients who need it. Some rare sub-types are more common in Black communities, which is why more blood donors from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities are needed.

Sometimes there is a need to target specific blood types to increase stock levels. That's why regular donors with the particular blood type needed are sometimes contacted and asked to give blood.

The service is indebted to regular blood donors for their role in helping to save lives.

Gustave Charpentier's opera, Louise combines lyrical romance, social realism and expressionist surrealism, moving effortlessly between the sordid reality of working-class drudgery and the the bohemian lifestyle of belle epoque artists.

It is a hymn to the spirit of Montmartre, where love and laughter are weapons against the realities of a mundane existence. His unsentimental yet ecstatic belief in the rights of all individuals has kept the opera feeling as fresh and modern now as the day it was written. Up-and-coming singers from the UK and beyond come to Eastbourne every year to explore one opera in one weekend. What they discover is much more than just music and words. Join us for a great evening full of drama and wonder.

Audiences are standing and cheering, and the national critics are raving about Bill Kenwright's spectacularly stunning and hilariously funny new production of La Cage Aux Folles, currently on its first national UK tour.

Georges and the dazzling drag artiste Albin, otherwise known as Za Za and the star of la Cage aux Folles, live an idyllic existence in the heart of St Tropez. But behind the curtains of this sparkling extravaganza, all may be about to change. Georges' son Jean-Michel announces his engagement to the daughter of a notorious right-wing politician determined to close down the local colourful night-life. Drama and hilarity ensue when a meeting of the parents forces them to cover up their vibrant lifestyle.

Will Albin be able to play the role of his life to ensure that Jean-Michel can marry his love?

it's 1985. Hair is huge, greed is good and rock-star wannabe Robbie Hart (Jon Robyns: Avenue Q, Legally Blonde) is New Jersey's favourite wedding singer. When his own fiancée dumps him at the altar a seriously bummed out Robbie makes every wedding as disastrous as his own.

Can sweet natured Julia, (Cassie Compton: X Factor) and her best friend Holly lure Robbie out of the dumpster and back into the limelight? Or is he going to see her head off down the aisle with Wall Street bad boy Glenn (Ray Quinn: X Factor, Dancing On Ice)? Only Grandma Rosie (Ruth Madoc: Hi-De-Hi!, Little Britain) seems to be able to see that Robbie and Julia are the couple that are meant to be.

Don't miss your chance to join the party of the year - with a musical that promises to get you up dancing faster than your Dad at a wedding, packed with songs which capture all the fun and energy of the Adam Sandler smash hit film.

Parental guidance is advised due to the occasional use of strong language.

Martin Shaw leads the cast in the timely UK premiere of Gore Vidal's award winning play about the race to the White House.

Two opposing presidential party candidates are neck and neck in an unscrupulous battle for the nomination. The only thing that separates the ex-Secretary of State and his populist opponent is an endorsement from a respected ex-President. But where does compromise end and corruption begin? And who in the end will be proven to be "the best man"?

One of the UK's best loved and most respected actors, Martin Shaw rose to stardom in the late seventies in The Professionals, launching a career that has hardly seen him out of the limelight since. He is best known for starring in the multi award winning BBC drama Judge John Deed and more recently Inspector George Gently. On stage, his revelatory performance as Lord Goring in Peter Hall's production of An Ideal Husband earned him an Olivier and a Tony nomination and the coveted New York Drama Critics' Circle Award. Other West End triumphs include the acclaimed Twelve Angry Men, Are You Lonesome Tonight? and A Man For All Seasons. He returns to the stage in a role made famous by Henry Fonda in the award-winning film adaptation of The Best Man.

Inspired by the 7 smash hit multi-million selling albums of the same name, the West End sell out sensation Dreamboats and Petticoats features some of the greatest hit songs of the rock 'n' roll era.

The dazzling success of the first seven albums in the Dreamboats and Petticoats series sent the message loud and clear. With over 3 and a half million copies sold and several weeks at the number one spot in the compilation charts, the Great British public were saying that they didn't just want to listen to pure nostalgia: they'd love to see it as well.

In 1961 emotions run high as young musicians Norman and Bobby compete to win a national song writing competition - and, more importantly, the attention of the gorgeous Sue! But when Bobby discovers that shy Laura is no slouch on the piano, love and rock 'n' roll fame beckons.

Featuring classic tracks from Roy Orbison, The Shadows, Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury, and many more, including Let's Dance, To Know Him Is To Love Him, Shaking All Over, Bobby's Girl, Little Town Flirt, Only Sixteen, Runaround Sue, Happy Birthday Sweet 16, Let It Be Me, Great Pretender, C'mon Everybody, Let's Twist Again and many more hits from music's golden era.

Dreamboats and Petticoats - the songs will live forever!
